Christmas Holiday…

Well Housekeepers, the culmination of of our frenzied efforts is nigh: Chrismas Eve is just two days away and I for one am declaring a blogging holiday…

While I suspect I may suffer from a severe (but festively scrumptious) case of cold turkey, I want to dedicate my tired old brain to creating magic for my little boy…

Today is "Greenery Day" on the BrocanteHome Calendar, so Finley and I are off to  say "Merry Christmas " to the squirrels at the reserve, then for a brisk walk on the beach before we head home, stopping at the flower farm to fill the house with the gloriously heady scent of hyacinths, along with holly, mistletoe and tiny baskets of forced paper whites…   

I have scheduled a few lovely posts for the next few days, so your world won’t be a completely Brocante free zone, but I will be offline until the 28th, so until then I wish you a scrumptiously cosy few day’s, stuffed full of  tiny joys, peace, quiet and raucous laughter…
