Meal Plan Thread – week Beginning 18/09/2023
Welcome to this week’s meal plan thread. If you are a Library member you will know that I am a big advocate of meal planning, and so to continue the tradition I have had across all previous incarnations of the community, I here by share my own meal plan for the week and invite you to share yours by clicking “reply” below…
This week represents what is I suppose my “new normal” with Finley only here for one night this week and most of my meals eaten by myself (trust me: it’s bliss!), and of course all my macros counted according to my Renaissance Lifestyle calculations…
Monday (Just me): Roasted tahini cauliflower with halloumi and lentils.
Tuesday (Just me): Parmesan chicken breast with wholegrain rice and leftover cauliflower.
Wednesday (Just me): Quorn chilli (from the freezer) with Greek yoghurt.
Thursday (Just me): Sweet potatoes with remaining Quorn chilli with green salad.
Friday (Just me): Camembert and crudites.
Saturday (Me and visiting friend): Beetroot and feta salmon with lentils and broccoli
Sunday (Finley home): Roast chicken, sweet potatoes and broccoli.
