I made taco meat last night, but no one was hungry, so there’s a couple of evenings covered. Two chicken breasts are thawing in the fridge. One for chicken and Amish noodles, the other for chicken and long grained black rice. Other than that, I keep fast, easy food on hand. It’s hard to get Kyle to eat, and I’m happy just to get food inside him. Will probably make a pan of brownies and a cake to (hopefully) appeal to his appetite. Thank goodness the pets are easy to feed.
