    Scouse is marvellous, it is basically Irish Stew. Obviously with Liverpool's connections with Ireland it was taken on here and the people from this fair city are known as Scousers! – Although why it is called Scouse I have no idea….!

  2. Good for you I say. Nothing wrong with a little splurge every so often. It doesn't undo all the dieting you've done. I used to live in Liverpool and as I remember, scouse is something you need 2nd helpings of.

  5. Alison you do make me giggle. I too binged last night and as I had no children (thanx Mum for the sleepover) I also drunk scruplious amount of wine so i fell asleep before the second episode. I will have to catch up when my head gets better.
