Love Your Guts

As we move into the Winter, we naturally tend to move towards stodgier food and find ourselves wanting to curl into a lazy ball to cope with the influx of sugar and carbs always destined to slow us down and see us taking the focus off our domestic goals or authentic pursuits.

So in this two-week accountability course at the beginning of November, (date to be confirmed), we will examine the link between energy and our digestive system, track what we eat, monitor its effects, identify the recipes that make us feel alive and incorporate better habits in to our daily meal plans to benefit us BEFORE we think about pleasing the family.
