There is nothing quite so cosy as a cup of old fashioned chocolate. Make it the connossieurs way, by melting your chocolate flakes (flakes not powder please) into milk over a very gentle heat, allowing to cool, till completely cold, then reheating and pouring into a cocoa jug…

Cadburys might be just dandy for a late night can’t sleep emergency, but for a true BrocanteHome style, spoil myself silly moment, it is worth treating yourself to one of the  finer, more grown up hot chocolates, like the Mariebelle Hot Chocolate Lunchbox or Green and Blacks new Maya Gold Hot Chocolate flakes…

Become a true Chocophile here and buy chocolate to die for here…

P.S: Speaking of scrumptious drinks: anyone tried the new Starbucks Gingerbread Latte yet? Yum.

No but I can't wait to try it. I'm going to Glasgow on Thursday to finish my shopping and that is going to be my treat for the day! Mmm can't wait

You must try Starbucks Peppermint Hot Chocolate as well. So yummy and festive. I am hopelessly and utterly addicted.
