  1. I think it would be lovely to cut them out and hang them in the kitchen. I understand your pain at the thought of cutting up such a great old book, but far more people will get to enjoy the delightful pictures if they are framed and on your walls.

Hi Alison! remember what you told us all ages ago about cutting books up? they are not precious!! go ahead, cut them up – as a child I was not allowed to cut up old encyclopedias and am now the proud owner of about 3 sets of out of date worthless books. If you don't cut them up, years down the track Finley will probably toss them. enjoy them now!!!!
