Once Upon A Time There Was Erin Hanson
Sometimes the depth of wonderful talent to be found on the internet, fair takes my breath away. Take for example Miss Erin Hanson, the eighteen year old somebody who turns out to be the writer of three of the poems on Pinterest I keep on pinning and re-pinning, each time astonished by the truth written between the occasionally clumsy lines of one so very tender in life years…
You can’t make homes out humans… I love that. I’m buckling at the knees…
Once upon a time I remember talking about these empty spaces with a blogging friend. Acknowledging them, treasuring them, and feeding them…
And then there is this one. The poem that both bewitches and bothers me most… we are writing the story of our lives. And some of us are writing stories destined to leave our readers bewildered. Why, oh why, oh why?
