Brocante Bootcamp is an overview of all the tiny routines that add up to an altogether more ordered, peaceful, healthy life. Encouraging you to plan your day, monitor your wellbeing daily, incorporate a few gentle practises to bookend your days, hold yourself accountable and generally understand how deeply connected the way you feel is to how you manage, home, heart and family.
Lasting four weeks, you will discover daily to-do’s each morning, alongside a short lesson and all the necessary tools, recipes, instructions, downloads, recipe books and resources to really help you understand your way of life and track your own betterment.
