  1. It is wonderful to hear you sounding so upbeat. There is a promise of spring here on the south coast but I am ignoring the grubby windows for now, instead I am busy sewing two Tilda angles for my granddaughters.

  2. Hi there. I too have been cleaning like a wirlwind today. After being out of action all last week with a bad throat and no energy. With the sun shining today I have gone round the house like a madwoman to try and catch up. (The Zoflora has been out in force – the Winter Spice has been replaced with Hyacinth)
Lovely to hear from you again.

  3. So sorry about your back but so glad to read your happy upbeat blog today. This weekend brought non-stop snow with over a foot right now in my yard. Shoveling is wonderful exercise…right? But today the sun is peeking out with patches of brilliant blue sky which even I can see thru my “haven’t been washed all winter” windows. Love reading about your hotel stays. What a marvelous idea!

  4. Oh There you are,Alison. I’m so glad you’re feeling better. I love hearing about spring. It’s been single digit weather with wind chills in the – 20 range and we have 2 feet of snow. The sun did shine here today and I did do a little extra cleaning. I’m going to see if I can find some hyacinth zoflora so I can pretend spring is near, heehee. Lovely to hear from you again. Amanda
