Printed with our vintage-style Society of Gloriously Messy Women insignia, complete with the Brocante key and BH · 2004, this is designed to feel less like branded merchandise and more like something you might have unearthed in an old bookshop, college common room or particularly excellent jumble sale.

The shirt itself has exactly the right sort of lived-in quality: soft, lightweight and already a little relaxed around the edges. The vintage-washed jersey is made from a 55% cotton / 45% polyester blend, giving it that broken-in feel from the first wear, while the drop-shoulder shape keeps it loose and easy rather than neat and fitted.

The deeper ribbed collar and sleeve detail give it a slightly old-school feel, with coverstitched hems for durability and an Easy Tear™ label for comfort. At 5.7 oz., it’s light enough to wear alone and easy to layer under cardigans, work jackets and battered old blazers.
